At EVR Products, our products are well suited for pulp and paper media including pulp, black liquor, green liquor, as well as fibrous and abrasive materials. We have decades of experience working with the pulp and paper industry and supplying high-quality piping products for their unique needs. Our manufacturing facility is located in close proximity to large mills, giving us on-the-ground expertise in customizing our products to pulp and paper applications.

  • Rubber Expansion Joints are manufactured to handle pulp, liquors, suspended wood fibres and chemicals. The selection of elastomers and reinforcing materials make them suitable for the pulp and paper industry. We carry standardized products and can custom design solutions for your mill based on the media flowing through, pressure, temperature, types of braces, and the amount of expansion or comprehension they need within the joint itself.
  • Our Pulp & Paper Pinch Valves provide unrivaled performance in pulp lines and other pipelines that may have suspended fibers. They are versatile and reliable in controlling the closure around the suspended solids commonly found in pulp and paper processing, which results in minimal wear and lower maintenance costs.
  • Our Pulp & Paper Rubber Duckbill Check Valves can be used for effluent discharge, submerged outfall difusion for effluent diffusion, and the control of groundwater to prevent flooding from wood chips creating backflow. Manufactured in standard and custom sizes, you can trust our team to deliver the right product for your specific application.
  • EVR’s Pulp & Paper Rubber Connectors are used for pump connectors and duct connectors for venting paper machines. They are very well suited for handling hot air in dry applications and numatic chip handling. We carry a variety of standard shapes and can custom manufacture them based on your needs.
  • Our Pulp & Paper Pressure Sensors are used to measure pressure within a pipeline, and are needed anywhere that pulp, black or green liquor could damage the instrumentation from plugging or acid erosion. We manufacture these sensors with a membrane that separates media from the instrumentation as a layer of protection. Pressure is transmitted through the fluid within the pressure sensor itself.
  • Our Pulp & Paper Rubber Elbows & Hoses allow for flexibility within a pipeline for directional change. They are effective with the handling of fibrous media that is a part of the pulp and process water process.
